RE: Health Benefit Plan (Reference: PML 2011-034)
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Article XIII, Section 13.01, Health Benefit Plan, the State’s contribution to health care will increase in January 1, 2012, in the following manner:
Employee: The State’s contribution increases from $377 per month to $452 per month.
Employee Plus one (1) dependant: The State’s contribution increases from $746 a month to $905 per month.
Employee Plus two (2) or more dependants: The State’s contribution increases from $968 a month to $1177 per month.
PROTECTED ACTIVITY The state and the union shall not impose or threaten to impose reprisals on employees, to discriminate or threaten to discriminate against employees, or otherwise to interfere with, restrain or coerce employees because of their exercise of rights guaranteed by the Ralph C. Dills ACT MOU 5.03 section A
