CIM Warden Vacancy

"Bird on the wire". Says that an announcement was made today that Warden Sandor will be done at the end of July So for now we will have to wait and see if they promote within or bring in someone from the Outside. Hopefully they will move up CDW Cash and bring Mr Pahel back to were he belongs!! Have a Safe 8

  2. He needs to go and enjoy retirement! Hopefully we can find a Warden who is pro- staff and not an Inmate lover! Definetly not over critical with staff, but understanding would be great!

  4. Two words for Sandor, good riddance! Yeah I got one of your sick call write up's. I am not a sick call abuser. I got very sick for 5 days, then had to use 3 days for a family member(total 0f 8) the next 4 was spread out over eight months. I did not grieve it, because your BS in not worth my time.

  7. Sandor is a big bully that has a hatred for CIM. Something must have happened when he was here doing comittee from CRC. Bet Central staff gave him the cold shoulder and now its pay back time for everyone. He will not be missed!

  8. Hopefully.....hopefull.......hopefully. We do not need a Warden. They are just a drain on the state, at least in California. No Warden i've seen do anything productive in Chino. Wardens in other states actually work, hands on or boots to the tiers. California has lazy overpaid administration and management up and down the state. Shoot your "Bird on a Wire", CIM will be a ghosttown soon and the quality people that remain there I pray for you. It's gonna get real dangerous there.

  9. Hey "hopefully....hopefull.....hopefully". CIM will be just fine their will be issues, there's always issues and you know what people soldier up and overcome them. Sandor will not be missed. Who knows what would of happened if Martel would of stuck around. They both said January that they where only here for six months. But as for you buddy and your disgruntled peers that are being kicked out of the convenient cheese line. On behalf of everyone else SORRY. There is nothing we can do for you. Use your options and make the best of it. Stop crying. We all have gone through the bs that comes with working for the state. Once again of you don't like it than leave. But don't wish harm on people. We here at CIM will be OK. Thanks for your time now move on.
