A 34-year-old former federal prison guard has been sentenced to 10 months behind bars after admitting that he had sex with an inmate while on duty.
Brandon McKinney was sentenced Friday in San Diego federal court to a prison sentence followed by three years' probation.
McKinney pleaded guilty to an assault charge stemming from an incident in July 2010 in which he had sex with a female inmate at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in downtown San Diego.
PROTECTED ACTIVITY The state and the union shall not impose or threaten to impose reprisals on employees, to discriminate or threaten to discriminate against employees, or otherwise to interfere with, restrain or coerce employees because of their exercise of rights guaranteed by the Ralph C. Dills ACT MOU 5.03 section A
Why is this even news? This stuff happens all the time at CIW.. Mostly due to the Quasimodo looking C/O's getting attention for the first time.
