Sergeant Clemans RIP

Ronald ''Cova'' Clemans age 66, passed away with family at his side on November 11, 2013 at Redlands Community Hospital. He was born on March 2, 1947 in Peru, Indiana. Mr. Clemans served in the Navy Seabees in the Vietnam War and returned to continued employment at Kaiser Steel Mill Fontana for 18 ½ years until the company shut down.

 He pursued his AA degree in Law enforcement and was hired with the Department of Corrections where he retired in 2007 as a Sergeant after 23 years of service. (He was a Sergeant at CIM)

Mr. Clemans is survived by his wife Jean of 43 years, Son John Ciraulo (Tammy) of Highland California, Daughter Penni Harbauer (Mike) of Hemet California, and Sons Travis Clemans (Carrie) of Huntington Beach California and Trever Clemans (Barbara) of Highland California, Brother Larry Clemans of Fontana California, 12 Grand Children and 2 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in Death by his parents Genevieve and Ronald Dean Clemans of Fontana California.

 Service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery Tuesday November 19, 2013 at 9:45 AM.

I'm hearing that a group of Riders is meeting up at CIM visitor parking lot at 0800 to make a drive up as a group!  Any CIM rider with more details please post in comments.

Heartfelt prayers goes out to the family, Sgt.Clemons was one if the best around, that old school type of supervisior that was no nonsense and handled his business professionally yet knew he was dealing with individuals and treated each one accordingly and most importantly with respect ! Rest In Peace Sir.

  2. Geez, I barely remember Clemons, don't remember seeing him last since 05? maybe nice guy, old skool, hope he enjoyed his retirement
